Client-First Philosophy

Many qualities and skills go into being an excellent real estate professional like integrity, in-depth community and market knowledge, market savvy, effective negotiation skills, and a high-quality professional network, all of which are hallmarks of how I work. That said, in my experience as a Long Beach, Lakewood and other LA County areas real estate professional, I’ve also found that providing the best service is about putting clients first. This means keeping myself accessible, being a good listener and communicator, and responding quickly to clients’ needs. This client-first philosophy has always been my approach, requiring me to continually improve my skills and ways of doing business. Moreover, I have found that the latest technologies are enabling me to do everything I’ve always done, only more quickly and efficiently. They’ve also helped me to extend the range of services I provide to my clients.

Business by Referral System

Most real estate agents spend the most time and resources prospecting for new business, including cold calling, door knocking, advertising, and sending direct mail.

I don’t do any of that. I devote myself to serving my clients before, during, and after each transaction. This frees up a tremendous amount of time, money, and energy that I can then devote to current and past clients.
