Hi there, I’m Katie. My family and I live in El Dorado Hills with two amazing kids—our son who is a senior in high school and daughter in the fifth grade who keeps life full and fun.

Ten years ago, I got my start in real estate while working part-time at Nugget Market, where I’d sneak away to take client calls in the bakery freezer. What started as a dream (and a whole lot of hustle) has grown into a full-time business I genuinely love—and I’ve never looked back.

I’ve built an incredible team and have had the honor of becoming a top-producing agent and coach. But at the heart of it all, I’m the girl who’s all in for her clients. I’m a Realtor & licensed Mortgage Loan Officer, which means I understand every side of this always-changing business, making the process smoother (and a lot less confusing) for you.
